Once this form is completed, your letter will be taken to our Board of Directors for approval as a Sponsor Company. Upon approval, we will contact you to set up an orientation schedule that best fits your workforce’s schedule. The entire process usually takes less than a month. Just think, you could be adding First Capital to your benefit package by this time next month!
