VP of Information Technology - First Capital Federal Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology.  Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the incumbent will direct the development, implementation and maintenance of the Credit Union’s technology products and services.  In this critical role, the position will formulate and administer IT policies and procedures; will participate in the strategic planning of the organization and manage and mentor the department employees.

The experienced candidate will ensure that technology services are seamless, transparent and that all problems are resolved promptly and efficiently.  In a collaborative environment the VP of IT will work with other departments to insure that member service is never compromised,

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of process oriented, strong project management skills.  Five (5) or more years experience in a supervisory capacity; three (3) or more years with Symitar’s Episys platform and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems is required.
