Member Services Officer — First Capital FCU is seeking a Member Services Officer for its West York office. The qualified candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with members. Experience with lending is required and additional experience with opening new accounts will be beneficial to any candidate.  Attention to detail and strong oral skills are essential. Two to three years minimum experience is required.
