For our members’ convenience, First Capital has surcharge-free ATMs conveniently located at each of our branch locations, at the entrance to York Hospital’s cafeteria, in the WellSpan Pharmacy in the Apple Hill Medical Center, and at the Harley- Davidson Softail Plant. Benefits * Withdraw cash from your accounts anytime without paying surcharge fees! M&T ATM Network Credit Union members can also make withdrawals at any M&T Bank ATM. For a low monthly fee, you can avoid the surcharge charged for each transaction by M&T. Through a special partnership with participating credit unions, our members have access to thousands of surcharge-free ATMs nationwide using the CU$ ATM Network.
